Are you looking for a way to stay active and strong as you get, shall we say, up there in years? The Frontier Extension office may have a great program for you. They are offering an 8 week exercise and strength training class for older adults wanting to stay active. The goal is to improve health and quality of life through strength training, but Frontier Extension Agent Chelsey Richmond says don’t worry about heavy weight lifting.
The class will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays for 8 weeks beginning September 25th. To register call the Frontier Extension Office.
