It looks like a new development will soon spring up where the old Lincoln Elementary School was located in North Ottawa. Planner Sarah Anzicek described the proposed project to the Ottawa planning commission.
The developer is Heartland Design Build LLC….the planning commission will hold a hearing on the project during its September meeting.
