Despite some protest and extensive discussion about parking problems, the Ottawa city commission has approved issuing a conditional use permit to Rick Dietz of old city hall, Dietz wants to have two residential living units at 113 West 4th Street. He says his request meets all city requirements.
The city commission approved the request on a unanimous vote.
