The latest round of heavy rainfall recently has again taken its toll on Franklin county roads and bridges. Public Works Director David Lee, says there has been another infrastructure collapse.
Lee says he wants to look at plans for improved construction of roads and bridges so that they can withstand flooding, and not having to fix things every time it floods.
