By a lot of measures, it appears that the start of school in Ottawa is going smoother than a year ago. School Superintendent Doctor Ryan Cobbs says the change is quite obvious.
Cobbs says the various changes made in school redesign are showing up in so many ways….with one of the most important benefits being the improved social behavior by students.
