The development of Legacy Square was like an evolution of design. During the first Friday forum, Scott Gales of Architect One of Topeka, the firm that designed Legacy Square, noted that legacy entered its final design concept with a prominent Ottawa couple stepped forward.
Gales says his company played a key role in revitalizing Topeka’s downtown, and it provided valuable experience for his work on Legacy Square.
