The Osawatomie Police have asked that people exercise caution in certain areas of the city this morning. Their department along with the fire department is teaming up with the Army National Guard to conduct a disaster relief exercise. A command post will be set up in John Brown Memorial Park and military units will be dispatched from that location. Other areas affected by the drill, Brown Avenue from 16th to 18th Street, and Main Street from 16th to 18th. The drill will start at 10 this morning.
