A decline in enrollment in Ottawa schools is posing some financial concerns for school officials. A drop in about 48 students from the end of the last school year to the new school year is causing administrators to take notice. Superintendent Doctor Ryan Cobbs says this could force restraints in school spending.
Cobbs says he has to look out about 4-5 years before enrollment appear to stabilize.
