The ceremonies last Friday night to celebrate the opening of legacy square probably couldn’t have gone any better. Ottawa area chamber of commerce president John Coen told the city commission the crowds really turned out.
The official ribbon cutting for legacy square took place Friday morning, with the main show taking place Friday evening.
