The annual day on the farm is today! Every third grade class in the area will head to Sylvester Ranch to learn all about farming. For many, it may be the first time they have seen a cow or climbed on a tractor, but coordinator Shawn Turner says the hope is to get kids thinking about more than just that.
The student will go through stations where they learn about food and textile production, harvesting crops growing crops, food processing and more! Sylvester Ranch is located at 1906 Kingman Road.
