A special agriculture forum was held at the Kansas State Fair recently. Kansas Senator Roger Marshall, Kansas AG Secretary mike bean and U.S. AG Ambassador Greg Dowd were the guests. They answered questions about things concerning Kansas as far as ag goes. Ambassador Dowd was asked about the president’s infrastructure plan that was included in the new farm bill. He says Washington rhetoric is getting in the way.
He added that one priority of the infrastructure plan was to increase the availability in broadband coverage all across the united states, particularly in rural areas.
