The final weekend of the Kansas State Fair in Hutchinson starts today. There are still a lot of activities happening at the fair and you still have a chance to experience it all, including the amazing fair food. Today, there will be a demonstration of john deer seed planters and combines as well as a rain simulator and a discussion about the hemp industry. The construction career alliance of Kansas will have an exhibit and allow kids to experience welding, run a backhoe and other construction equipment. One highlight, a celebrity goat milking contest. Yep, goat milking. You know you want to see that! The dairy, swine and horse shows are this weekend. And you can’t beat the entertainment. Tonight, Lauren Alaina and Mitchell Tenpenny crank out the tunes and tomorrow, boy band sensation Hanson will rock the stage. Head on down to Hutchinson and have a great time at the Kansas State Fair.
