It’s apparently been decided who will manage legacy square….the greater Ottawa Chamber of Commerce. Ottawa city manager Richard Nienstedt says the city will have an agreement with the chamber.
The chamber would keep 90 percent of revenue from legacy. The city commission is expected to approve the agreement at it’s regular meeting Wednesday.
