The city of Ottawa and the Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce have come to a memorandum of understanding, or MOU, on the management of Legacy Square. During the city commission meeting, Mayor Blake Jorgensen gave a brief explanation of the MOU.
The chamber will get to keep 90% of revenue from Legacy Square, with 10% set aside for maintenance.
