Eric Bushman grew up in Ottawa and as he got older, he was called on to make announcements in church and at school. His junior year in high school, he got a call from KOFO asking in he would like a part time job. His radio career took off from there. He does have the distinction of being part of a very special group and shared a unique piece of our history.
The original KOFO was where the Orshlens parking lot is now. Bushman spoke with KOFO’s Brad Howard about how he got his start in the radio business, his favorite memories while at the station and where it has taken him.
