The Ottawa City Commission appeared on the verge of soliciting organizations to replace the main street association….but not so fast. Shawn Turner of Turner Flowers told the commission he and others want to revamp the current organization.
City manager Richard Nienstedt asked the city commission to delay their decision on requesting proposals from other groups….he says he needs time to fully understand what the new revamped main street association would look like.
