A recent Kansas Supreme Court ruling has law enforcement agencies a bit concerned when it comes to police pursuits. Franklin County Sheriff Jeff Richards says the ruling put the burden on the pursuing officer.
Richards says his department only pursues suspects wanted for a serious crime, and does not pursue over traffic violations.
