If you have ever thought downtown Ottawa was boring, you probably haven’t been down there in a while. Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce President, John Coen says there’s a bunch of new businesses opening up.
A ribbon-cutting for the cafe is scheduled for around the first of November.
