The midwest economy is slow due to factors far from home, according to a Creighton University Economist Ernie Goss, and he thinks the impeachment inquiry could in a round about way, help in fixing trade issues.
Goss is not nearly as positive on the U.S. China trade front, even though the U.S. and China are headed back to the negotiating table this week in Washington.
