Flint Hills Feathered Friends will host a ride on the Flint Hills Nature Trail, which provides a rich birding habitat along it’s 100 miles. Check out Hardwood Ridges, River and Creek Bottoms, wetlands, brushlands, and ponds and reservoirs.
Meet at Ottawa Bike and Trail at 1 tomorrow afternoon and join the group as they open up the potential of the trail bring it to the birding world.
Can’t make the ride? There will also be a meeting and presentation at the Franklin County Visitors Center at 4 tomorrow afternoon.
