Drug abuse involves so many different kinds of drugs. However, in Franklin County, on drug dominates and causes more issues than any other coming into the area. Franklin County Sheriff Jeff Richards says meth is coming across the Southern border and making its way North.
He adds that most of the illegal drugs in our county filter in from areas to the North, particularly Johnson County. He says meth labs in this area are rare anymore.
