As the roads continued to get rebuilt in Franklin County after record setting rain and flooding, certain other tasks have been neglected. Franklin County Public Works Director David Lee says that most employees that would have been out mowing, were used to haul rock and to assist in emergency road and bridge repair.
He adds that the county has 2,200 miles of right away they are responsible for mowing. There have been several citizens that have told him they have taken care of mowing along their properties.
