In case you thought the Franklin County Annex parking lot would always flood during heavy rains, that is about to change. County Administrator Derek Brown says the parking lot will close this weekend.
The parking lot has been the subject of complaints for years, especially water running down the lot just as people are trying to enter or leave the annex.
