The Performing Arts Center at Ottawa High School is near completion, and that means school officials are thinking about policies on how it is used. School Superintendent Dr. Ryan Cobbs says groups outside the school district who want to use it will have to wait a while.
Cobbs says he also wants to determine how much school use will be made of the Performing Arts Center before renting it out to outside groups.
