The City of Ottawa is going into a partnership with other small towns in Franklin County to help them handle nuisance problems in their locations. City Attorney Blaine Finch spelled out some details to the City Commission.
Finch says the Ottawa Municipal Court will decide cases brought by Princeton and Richmond. The Ottawa Court will keep the court costs and half of any fines assessed by the City Judge.
