A federal grant of $85,000 to the Franklin County Conservation District is bringing the county some widespread attention. District Manager Kerri Harris says the money should yield a lot of results.
Harris says the grant was made possible by a partnership of the National Association of Conservation Districts, United States Department of Agriculture, and Land’o’lakes.
