Die-hard Royals fans will be interested in the guest speaker at this morning’s First Friday Forum at Neosho County Community College. Officials from various local agencies including the City of Ottawa, Franklin County, the Ottawa Police and Fire Departments, USD 290 and more will be on hand to give updates and news within their various departments. The guest speaker will be Kansas City Royals announcer Steve Physioc. He will talk about his time with the Royals, discuss the two novels he’s written and probably have something to say about the two new Royal additions, a new owner and a new manager. The public is invited to attend the First Friday Forum. It will be held this morning at 10 at Neosho County Community College.
