In conjunction with Veteran’s Day celebrations in Ottawa, this evening you have the chance to help those who suffer from a very serious condition. The Bottlehouse will host a banquet and live auction to benefit “The Battle Within.” It’s a Kansas City based organization providing help for our veterans and first responders who suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or PTSD. Organizer Ernie Rodina, host of Better Horses Radio, has been involved in the program for several years. He says the program helps many people we may know suffering from PTSD.
Auction items include autographed items from Patrick Mahomes, Tyreek Hill and Len Dawson as well as a hunting trip and a football signed by all the Chiefs Hall of Famers.
