We told you about the group of three Ottawa High students invited to present their science project at “Night at the Lab,” at the KU Medical Center. The group, consisting of Quinncy Morris, Aldon Michael, and Riley Meyerkorth won the regional competition last week. The group represented Ottawa High well at the completion placing third overall.
Sophomore Quinncy Morris says the competitive spirit come through.
The top 6 teams in the state were represented at the competition. Morris says they presented their project about 20 times in front of various groups that were touring the competition area.
