The Performing Art Center at Ottawa High School is officially in business. At a cold outside ceremony Friday afternoon, school Superintendent Dr. Ryan Cobbs had some brief remarks.
The Performing Arts Center was made possible by a $64 million bond issue approved by voters in 2015.
