Most people have known it is only a matter of time before Ottawa lands a big event. With the completion of Legacy Square, the opening of new businesses in town, the improvements to our schools, and out Proximity to two major trails intersecting in town. Franklin County Tourism Director Susan Rader says she has a big announcement.
