The Franklin County Commission will hold a study session this morning and discuss a variety of topics. One has to do with the county burn permit policy. Franklin County Emergency Management Director Alan Radcliff says changes are going to be discussed as the burn policy has not been updated for quite some time.
Updates on the penalties, conditions used to determine if burning is allowed and changing the burn permit to a daily permit will be discussed.
The study session will be held this morning at 8:30 at the Franklin County annex. You are welcome and encouraged to attend.
