Have plans for Thanksgiving dinner? If not, or even if you do and want to help out with a great event, the Goat Milk Store and Pizza Time are hosting a free community Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday. A full Thanksgiving fare with all the trimmings. Goat Milk Store owner Julie Riggins says she and her husband Joe thought about doing last year, went for it this year and the community support has been amazing.
Julie says dinner will be served from 1-3 at Pizza Time, but they aren’t planning on kicking anyone out. She added that to-go boxes will be available, just call the Goat Milk Store and let them know. She emphasized the dinner is open to everyone, not just Ottawans. They hope to have an even bigger and better Thanksgiving celebration next year.
