The Franklin County Emergency Management Department is going to go to an online burn permit system for those wanting to burn next year. Franklin County Emergency Management director Alan Radcliff says he wants to make things as easy as possible for farmers and ranchers.
Farmers and Ranchers wanting to burn can get a burn permit as soon as they apply for one online. The system takes effect January 1st.
