Should Chili Jacks in Wellsville be allowed to stay open until two in the morning, at least during special events? That’s the question the Wellsville City Council is pondering. Chili Jacks owner Mike Chilton made a request, which drew a response from Wellsville Police Chief John Blair.
The City Council may consider the matter again in December.
