The students at Lincoln and Garfield Elementary School opened the school year without playgrounds. Those opened recently, but you may have noticed another playground going in at Garfield. As the construction of the Pre-K Center continues, Superintendent Doctor Ryan Cobbs says a different type of play area is being build.
The playgrounds were installed using leftover money from the bond issue projects.
