According to the latest survey from Creighton University, the midwest economy is slowing. However, Economist Ernie Goss says Kansas has kept some of its strength in the November Mid American Business Conditions.
The overall index was at 48.6 below growth neutral. Kansas was above growth neutral at 51 even. Goss is concerned that the Federal Reserve has done as much as it can do without considering negative interest rates.
