Most Franklin County property owners received their property tax statements in the mail last week. Some noticed their taxes have gone up. The question is, if the Mill Levy has gone down, why has the taxes gone up. Franklin County Treasurer, Jodi Edwards, has the answer.
The deadline for the first half payment of property taxes is December 20th the second half is due on May 11th.
