An investigation is being conducted into an allegation of voter fraud against Kansas second district Congressman Steve Watkins, on reports that Watkins listed his address as a UPs store in Topeka. Kansas News Service Danielle Norwood has more.
One of the races on Watkins’ ballot was the Topeka City Council District 8 space, which was decided by just 13 votes.
