An important conference is taking place in early January that could have implications for a lot of high school students concerned about their job skills. During the first Friday forum, Ottawa school Superintendent Doctor Ryan Cobbs noted he’s been in contact with surrounding school districts.
Cobbs says he’ll be in contact with local companies to see what job skills they need in their employees, and use that information to better train students in a career.
