Today’s first friday forum will bring together many different officials from various department in Ottawa from various department in Ottawa and Franklin County. There will be updates from the health department, the Chamber of Commerce, Main Street Association, the convention and visitors bureau, and more. The featured speaker at today’s event will be Edward Jones Financial Consultant Ryan Henningsen. He’ll talk about how tariffs are affecting today’s economy both locally and nationally, trade discussions and questions about the economy and where it might be headed. Henningsen says there is a simple answer to where the economy is going.
The first Friday forum will be held at Neosho County Community College in Ottawa this morning at 10. It’s free and you are welcome to attend and catch up on things going on in Ottawa and Franklin County.
