It was kind of a bittersweet moment for one member of the Ottawa School Board. Brian Kane spent his last meeting during the December 9th meeting. He says in his over 12 years on the board, he has seen a lot of positive changes.
New board member Malydia Payne will take her seat at the January 13th 2020 board meeting.
