The announcement of a new Walmart Distribution Plant in Topeka has brought out questions about the distribution facility in Ottawa. He adds that it shows that companies are starting to realize the value of this area as a logistics hub and sees it as a boost to the value Proximity Park can have in the near future as companies begin to scout the area for sites to relocate.
