Franklin County finally has some zoning regulations to control the installation of solar and wind energy farms. Planning and Building Director Larry Walrod says it took a long time to draw up the regulations.
The regulations come after the Franklin County Planning Commission held several hearings to get public input, as well as considering other sources of information.
