A final version of contractor licensing provision is expected to be approved by the Ottawa City Commission during its regular meeting. This morning Community Development Director Wyndee Lee says licensing in the long view is designed to help citizens.
Lee says the changes in licensing focused on licensing companies instead of just individuals.
