The Don Woodward Center has been the victim of two floods this year and now it’s also the victim of the ending of a lease between the Ottawa Recreation Commission and the city of Ottawa. Ottawa City Manager Richard Nienstedt says circumstances were beyond their control.
Nienstedt says the city will study the feasibility of re-using the building for some other purpose.
