The tourism department of the Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks and Tourism has mentioned Ottawa in it’s latest edition of “There’s No Place Like Kansas.” They describe Ottawa’s new Legacy Square as a downtown event space at the intersection of the Flint Hills Trail and Prairie Spirit Trail State Parks. And mention that it is the base for the city’s newest festival, Rhythm & Ride, April 25th through the 26th.
Also mentioned are Wichita’s new minor league baseball stadium, Evergy Plaza in Topeka, a revitalized downtown Salina, events at the Hutchison cosmosphere and many more.
Participants in Rhythm & Ride will explore the trails on bike tours and enjoy music along the way, then gather at Legacy Square for a concert at outdoor adventure expo.
