Federal inspectors had said treatment for some patients needed to be more frequent and intense. The hospital also addressed another inspection issue by telling federal officials that treatment plans will be individualized for each patient. The inspection focused on 8 patients finding that the treatment for some patients needed to be more frequent. Inspectors also found missing treatment notes and plans that lacked specific goals.
