The Carnegie Cultural Center in Ottawa is open and having classes. The new head of the Carnegie Cultural Center Crystal Arnette says the center is full of activities from painting to crafts and much more. The Cultural Center is funded fully on private donations. Recently they held their annual art auction. Arnette says the auction had a variety of artwork.
