So many good things happened in 2019 and the city and the county want to build on those things and make Ottawa an attractive community not only for those living here now, but also to attract others to come here. City Manager Richard Nienstedt says the city has several goals for the new year.
He added that he is very proud of all the city workers and staff that spend so many hours making sure the people of Ottawa have electricity, clean streets, and other services they deserve.
